Game of Thrones has become one of my favorite shows on TV. Season 2 just ended and now is the long winters wait for Season 3 to begin.
Question:
When does Season 3 of Game of Thrones start?
Answer:
It should air April 2013 - Sunday nights at 9 p.m.
It's a bummer that it won't be returning to TV until April of 2013, but with the way this show is filmed, at actual locations, with mountain landscapes, deserts and castles makes for long seasons of shooting.
Here's the cast of the show at Comic Con. George R.R. Martin is the weird guy with suspenders on the right. And my boy Peter Dinklage is on the left, looks like he's having an awesome time.
This is what i would have pictured the author to look like. He reminds me of the bookstore owner from the Neverending Story.
So you don't have the premium cable package but still want to watch the show? Well you could shell out $34 and buy the complete 1st season from Amazon. Season 2 isn't out yet, but soon that will cost around $40.
As i've said before there are other ways to watch TV shows online for free. The link below explains how to watch virtually any show.
Or for the lazy people:
Option 1: (Standard Def)
Here's Game of Thrones - Season 1 and 2 - Project Free TV.
Option 2: (High Def - 720p)
This method is a little more complicated but if you want to watch the shows in HD, it's the only way to go.
Game of Thrones - Season 1
Game of Thrones - Season 2
This is the final scene from the last episode of Season 2. A lot more happened in the final episode, as always, leaving a lot of questions for the start of Season 3.

Questions i have for Season 3:
First, Joffrey better die, i hate him. I know it's due to good writing and acting but he has to be the most annoying character on television and i wonder if he's killed off in Season 3.
Second, what's going to happen with the white walkers? Do they climb the wall and invade the lands to the south? The show doesn't rely on lots of special effects, but these guys were really cool looking.
I think i might start listening to the audio book/book on tape of the Game of Thrones series.
